Shooting in Austin, Texas, Leaves at Least Three People Dead

The Austin Police Department did not release the names of the victims but identified them as two Hispanic females and one Black male. The suspect is still at large, and residents should still shelter in place and report any suspicious activity, according to the tweet.

She said the first 911 call came in at 11:44 a.m. and that three adults were fatally shot. Broderick is described as a 5-foot-7 Black man wearing a grey hoodie sunglasses and a baseball cap.

"We don't know if he is in a vehicle or on foot", Chacon said.

Austin police say the incident happened at an apartment complex, and that it appears to be an isolated domestic event.

They are now looking for the shooter, according to KXAN.
