It seems that Kim Kardashian's divorce drama from Kanye West has left her with sleepless nights.

Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4 kids.

'It would have to be a miracle, ' the source added.

"Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Kanye is fine with the joint custody arrangement, and we're told both Kim and Ye are committed to co-parenting together".

The news website went on to say the couple are already far along in reaching a property settlement agreement.

This will be Kim's third divorce.

Neither Kim or Kanye have addressed the reports on social media.

The news come after months of rumours that the two were splitting up and living seperate lives.

This is Kanye's first divorce.

Recently, Kim was also seen defending North after fans questioned her attractive artwork after she had shared a picture of it on her social media.

They began dating in 2012 while Kardashian was still legally married to professional basketball player Kris Humphries.

Kim and the rapper held a lavish wedding ceremony in Florence, Italy in May 2014.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, who shares four kids with West - daughters North, seven, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, one - "has made it clear that Kanye can talk to his children anytime he wants" and 'has never threatened to keep him from them, ' as 'she only requires that he is not going to damage them'. However, the couple divorced just 72 days later.

The mother-of-four showcased her slim physique following the results of a plant-based diet. Following her post, West apologized to the reality star for his actions.
