Vivo launched its budget mid-range smartphone Vivo Y51A in India today. Under the launch provide, Vivo has additionally provided zero down fee choice with Bajaj FinServ, Home Credit, IDFC First Bank, HDB and Pine Labs.

Vivo Y12s is powered by the Helio P35 processor and comes with the latest FunTouch OS 11 based on the latest Android 10. However, the Vivo Y12s comes with a larger display and a different chipset. The smartphone will be offered in two colour options of Titanium Sapphire and Crystal Symphony.


The device boasts a long-lasting battery of 5000mAh with 18W Fast Charge ensuring an unstoppable smartphone experience along with a reverse charging feature. It will be available for purchase on Vivo India's e-store, retail stores and e-commerce websites Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and Tata Cliq.

Vivo Y31s 5G sports a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 20:7:9 aspect ratio, 90.61% screen-to-body ratio, and 1500:1 contrast ratio. On the front, the smartphone has 16MP camera for selfies. Also, the storage on the phone is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.


As mentioned above, there is a dual-camera setup at the rear of the device with a primary sensor of 13MP paired with a 2MP secondary sensor. The connectivity option of the smartphone includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM Radio, and a Micro-USB port. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, Virtual Gyroscope and a proximity sensor.

The Vivo Y12s comes with a price tag of Rs. 9,990 for the sole 3GB + 32GB storage variant.


Launch offers include a cashback of Rs 1,000 to HDFC Bank customers.
