Lenovo AR devices include the Think Reality A3 smart glasses and A6 headsets. Featuring a USB-C output, these glasses can be connected directly to many phones of both Lenovo and Motorola.

The company introduced its new ThinkReailty A3 smart glasses at the CES fair recently. The pricing, however, has not been revealed. "Whether working in virtual spaces or supporting remote assistance, the ThinkReality A3 enhances workers' abilities to do more wherever they are".

Lenovo ThinkReality A3 are the company’s latest AR glasses for enterprises

The first edition is the more traditional of the two offerings with a tethered laptop or mobile workstation experience meant to power multiple, large virtual monitors in their field of view. Similarly, there is an industrial edition of the ThinkReality A3, which even works with Motorola smartphones to offer a hands-free AR environment. Lenovo says that it "fits like sunglasses and can be enhanced with an industrial frame for a safer and more durable use".

The new smart-glasses include Qualcomm's Snapdragon XR1 chipset, which is designed for mixed reality, and has stereoscopic 1080p displays. It can show up to five virtual 1080p displays and has an 8-megapixel camera that can provide 1080p video, as well as dual fish-eye cameras for room-scale tracking. These new glasses will help in delivering personalized virtual monitors, 3D visualization, and AR (Augmented Reality) assisted workflows. "Now, industrial workers have a light, flexible, and scalable set of smart glasses to increase productivity and safety while decreasing error rates in daily tasks".

Lenovo's ThinkReality platform is helping accelerate the adoption of the next generation of wearable computing - offering smarter technology to enable smarter workers. The A3 sits beside the ThinkReality A6 in the lineup; that device was introduced in 2019 and has a Snapdragon 845.

VR application cases within the company are rapidly increasing from training and simulation experiences to sales, marketing and other applications. For advanced hybrid-reality and high-performance virtual reality applications, Lenovo offers a portfolio of certified workstations to work with multiple Varzo XR / VR headsets, and it is a reseller of Warzo's human-eye resolution solutions.
