The design of Apple's next-generation iPad Pro has supposedly been leaked by CAD images shared by Indian research site MySmartPrice, which suggest the upcoming 2021 model will largely resemble the current iPad Pro without any major design changes.

Renders of 11

According to Japan's Mac Otakara, Chinese supply chain sources have offered up some interesting information on the new tablet, which could gain a nice boost to an 8.4-inch screen, thanks to smaller bezels.

Another rumor says Apple may release standard iPad Pro 11-inch and 12.9-inch models, while also offering a high-end 12.9-inch mini-LED model, which would be approximately 0.5mm thicker due to the new display. If today/s images are real, they indicate the new iPad Pro models will feature minor, if any, external design changes.

The two iPad Pro models look quite similar to their predecessors.

There is no concrete sign from Apple for the new iPad mini.

Updates about the iPad Pro line are some of the most anticipated Apple announcements annually, and a well-known leaker hints it would happen in March for this year.

Expect Face ID and quad-speakers, but Touch ID isn't guaranteed Sandwiched between the front and rear panels are a quad-speaker system and a magnetic strip on the side that charges the second-gen Apple Pencil.

It's also expected to launch as soon as March, although it's unclear whether it would be unveiled at an event or simply slipped out via press release. The iPad Pro 2021 will have a smart connector for the keyboard and other accessories. Alongside this, a report by MySmartPrice shows how an 11-inch variant of it would look like.
