In the comics, Walters is close friends with Pasty Walker, who has been played by Rachael Taylor on Netflix's "Jessica Jones".

Deadline is reporting that Ginger Gonzaga has joined the cast of Marvel Studios' She-Hulk series.

In the final pilot season, Gonzaga was cast as a regular in the Fox drama pilot Cleaning lady.

Gonzaga joins a cast headlined by Primetime Emmy-winner Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black; Perry Mason; Stronger) with Marvel Cinematic Universe alums Mark Ruffalo (Avengers: Endgame; Avengers: Infinity War; Thor: Ragnarok) and Tim Roth (The Incredible Hulk; Pulp Fiction; The Hateful Eight) also set to appear in leading roles, reprising their roles as Bruce Banner/The Hulk and Emil Blonsky/The Abomination, respectively. The name of Gonzaga's character is not yet revealed.

Gonzaga has a lot of comedic experience, including roles in Ted, I'm Dying Up Here, Wrecked, and Mixology. It sounds like this will be one of the first shows to get in front of the camera following WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and Hawkeye, but we won't see it hit Disney+ until sometime next year. Stay tuned for all the latest news on Tatiana Maslany, She-Hulk and the rest of the Disney Plus projects, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood's YouTube channel for more original content! She ultimately opted not to extend her option when it was up, making her available for She-Hulk.

The upcoming MCU series will center on a lawyer named Jennifer Walters, who is also the cousin of Bruce Banner/Hulk. She has even tried cases as She-Hulk, and is an expert in superhero law. However, his gamma irradiated blood transformed her into She-Hulk. But it is confirmed that the She-Hulk series will premiere on Disney+ in 2022.
