Charity Golf Match to Fund Nearly a Dozen HBCUs

Mickelson came out with the upper hand in the first Match back in 2018. Additionally, the four golfers have selected Jackson State (Mickelson), Tuskegee (Barkley) and Howard (Curry), along with Grambling State, Southern University of New Orleans and Lane College (Manning), to be the recipients of their donations. The event will be live streamed on fuboTV.

Turner Sports will present Capital One's The Match: Champions for Change, a premier golf event with the World Golf Hall of Famer and crossover legends competing - Phil Mickelson, Charles Barkley, Stephen Curry and Peyton Manning. The event will again be broadcasted on TNT Friday at 3:00 p.m. EST, with Brian Anderson, Trevor Immelman, Andre Iguodala, Eli Manning, and Michelle Wie all involved on commentary. I said Amy, in the future, you start out with, 'My boyfriend, Phil Mickelson.

Manning couldn't resist anouther round of fun. "I'm proud of the work the PeyBack Foundation has done to support HBCU students in both Louisiana and Tennessee, and I'm looking forward to helping raise additional funding and awareness for HBCUs through Capital One's The Match".

The media agreement with WarnerMedia and Turner Sports was completed in partnership with SPORTFIVE, which represents Mickelson and is the tournament organizer.
