With Season 2 of The Mandalorian finally landing this week, at 30 October 2020, Microsoft has chose to jump on the hype and came up with an official Mandalorian-themed Xbox Wireless Controller & Charging Stand combo.

The Baby Yoda Animatronic toy with 3-in-1 carrier is just one of the eight new The Mandalorian toys unveiled on Monday in celebration of the first-ever Star Wars Mando Mondays digital livestream event.

The themed controller matches the Mandalorian's armour.

This is likely one of the last limited edition controller deals that Microsoft will be putting out during the current generation, as the Xbox Series X and its brand new wireless gamepad will surely be the focus going forward.

But is it all worth the US$169.99 bounty for the controller and magnetic charging stand? The controller also comes with a charging station that includes the same beskar steel design as well as the signature Mandalorian helmet over two crossed rifles. This theme can be seen across the front and back of the controller, which also sports an adorable nod to The Child (Baby Yoda) next to wanted symbols on the charging unit. The release date is on December 31. We hope that we have succeeded by giving you the full details and information. But for those who really want to go all in with The Mandalorian's second season and accessorize their new (or existing) Xbox console this holiday season, this seems like a solid purchase.
