Tom Holland doesn't exactly have the best track record when it comes to keeping Marvel secrets.

This week, the actor confirmed that fans are a little bit closer to finally seeing the highly-anticipated new film. Sources reveal that, sans former Jedi Master Tony Stark (A.K.A. Robert Downey Jr.), Doc Strange will be stepping into the oversized mentor shoes for an always conflicted and struggling Peter Parker and will also be partially behind the introduction of alternate earths to the new mythos. We share the excitement. Doctor Strange and Spider-Man Meet Again, Benedict Cumberbatch All Set To Join Tom Holland's Spider-Man 3.

Tom Holland Arrives in Atlanta to Begin Filming Spider-Man 3!

As well, Jamie Foxx is bringing back the villainous Electro for Spider-Man 3. The movie is expected to follow on from the shocking finale of last year's Spider-Man: Far From Home which saw Peter Parker outed as Spider-Man by everyone's favorite angry journalist, J. Jonah Jameson, played by J. K. Simmons.

Tom Holland has shared a video of him touching down in Atlanta, Georgia, to officially start filming Spider-Man 3.

Holland has only recently finished filming his role as Nathan Drake in Sony's upcoming blockbuster Uncharted, which is a big-screen adaptation of the hugely popular PlayStation video game. A glimpse of either Tobey or Andrew anywhere near the new movie set is gonna make a sensation in the Spider-Man fans.

With filming of numerous projects resuming, it was only natural for Spider-Man 3 to slot filming dates and start production. However, according to ScreenRant, the first look at the new film may be arriving sooner than you think.

Oh, and who is directing that sequel? To save all of Marvel's New York, Miles must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and own it.
