And federal agents presented evidence indicating Treisman had a fascination with mass shootings and terrorist attacks - and had plotted to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

In an interview with a Joint Terrorism Task Forces official, Treisman acknowledged having "an interest in terrorist incidents and mass shootings", and said he consumed YouTube videos and Wikipedia articles about the tragedies.

He owned a white Ford van, which he left in the parking lot of the Fifth Third Bank located at 606 South Main Street in Kannapolis, North Carolina. What's more. the feds say Treisman had $509k in USA currency, books about survival and bomb-making and drawings of swastikas and planes crashing into buildings. Treisman wrote in a caption to a meme he posted in April.

The filing said that a day after his arrest, there was a jailhouse call between Treisman and his mother, Kimberly Treisman, "in which she suggests that [he] should 'jump bail'".

The feds believe that it was not an idle threat as Treisman had conducted internet searches seeking information about Biden's home address, state gun laws, and night vision goggles.

In May of this year, Treisman drove to a Wendy's restaurant located within four miles of Biden's home in Delaware. "Child pornography was found on eight of these devices".

A North Carolina man detained on child pornography charges had researched how to kill Joe Biden, according to prosecutors. "If anything I have to save bernie", Treisman had written on another platform, iFunny, according to the documents. While a total of 1,248 videos and pictures were found in his cache, 637 of the videos revealed child pornography content relating to sadism and masochism.

Authorities also found a handwritten "Autobiography" in his jail cell that referenced mass shootings.

Other disturbing discoveries included images from the Christchurch, New Zealand mosque shooting, and an audio recording of Treisman describing the "the flawless porn video" which detailed shooting the parents of a young girl with a shotgun then impregnating their child.

On February 22, 2020 Treisman made an internet post referencing raping children and posting child porn.

On April 3, 2020, he recorded what he described as "the flawless porn video", in which he rapes and impregnates a girl after killing her parents with a shotgun. Officers from the Kannapolis Police Department responded to the scene.

A lawyer for Treisman asked an agent if he was aware that the defendant had been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, according to the order.

The court "concluded that the record establishes by clear and convincing evidence that no combination of available release conditions would reasonably assure the safety of the community".

"Further investigation uncovered several indicators that criminal activity was afoot", Kannapolis Police Chief Terry Spry said in a statement to WBTV.
