The new Ghost gets reclining rear seats, lamb's wool carpets, champagne fridge between the rear seats, illuminated roof liner with 850 stars including 8 shooting stars mimicking the sky above Rolls-Royce's headquarters at Goodwood and an 18-speaker music system.

The Ghost Extended is technically identical to the regular Rolls-Royce Ghost.

Developed to be used as a chauffeured limousine, and created with feedback from customers, the Ghost Extended is 5,716 mm (225 inches) long, or 170 mm (6.7 inches) longer than the standard model.

There are 170 mm (6.6 inches) more added to the length of the auto, making it the one with the "most rear legroom in a four-seat sedan with the exception of Phantom Extended".

To be specific, the Ghost Extended measures 5,716 mm long (+147 mm to the length of the Gen.1 LWB model), 1,978 mm wide (+30) and 1,571 mm tall (+21) with 3,465 mm between the axles (unchanged). A champagne fridge has been installed between the two rear chairs, and it features two different cooling modes too.

To achieve this, the marque's engineers consulted with a Master Sommelier.

It's powered by a 6.75-litre twin turbocharged V12 engine developed exclusively for the Ghost, which produces 420kW of power and 850Nm of torque.

The commitment to delivering a pure, detoxifying space extends to the air within the cabin. Highly sensitive Impurity Detection Sensors detect ambient air quality, automatically activating fresh air intakes into Recirculation Mode. First customer deliveries will be made in the fourth quarter of 2020. To deliver this, the Ghost is equipped with a new micro-environment purification system, which enhances existing air filtration systems through software and hardware. Clients may now opt for two new wood trim oprions: Obsidian Ayous, which sports a volcanic rock texture, and Dark Amber, which combines amber warmth with thin, cool aluminum wires.

A suite of technologies enhances the driving experience in urban and country settings as well.

New laser headlights are already included, while a range of assistance systems ensure that the safety levels in the Ghost match the level of luxury it offers. Both are available in open-pore finish, allowing the tactility of the material to fully express itself.
