South Korean actress Oh In Hye passes away at 36

South Korean actress Oh In-hye has died on Monday (Sept 14) after she was found unconscious in her home in Incheon earlier in the day.

She was found at about 5AM after suffering cardiac arrest at her home in Songdo International City in Yeonsu District, according to the police. She was quickly transported to the hospital but passed away shortly afterward, at the age of 36.

The police have also confirmed that the actress has been hospitalised where her breathing and pulse has stabilised.

Based on the family's request, actress Oh In Hye's funeral will be held behind closed doors at Inha University Hospital on September 16.

Police are now investigating the incident.

Oh In-hye signed an exclusive contract with Redline Entertainment in 2017 but she was reportedly working without an agency after her contract expired. She also released a skin care tutorial video on her YouTube account on September 12. She made a headline back in 2011 after wearing a low-cut revealing gown at the Busan International Festival.

The actress was on hiatus after her 2014 movie and appeared on SBS Plus show "Dating Except Me".

Oh debuted with the film Sin Of A Family in 2011 and has acted in other movies such as Red Vacance Black Wedding (2011) and A Journey With Korean Masters (2013).
