Ghostrunner is set to launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 27.

First-person parkour platformer Ghostrunner release date has been announced.

Ghostrunner is a collaborative development effort between One More Level, Slipgate Ironworks, and legendary studio 3D Realms.

This trailer out of PAX 2020 reiterates that the heart of this game is jumping, dashing, wall-running, grapple-swinging, and doing everything in your power to quickly close the distance on your foes. Games and 505 Games are now inviting players to apply for the Private Beta.

Unleash deadly assaults against never-before-seen enemies, reach incredible heights with death-defying acrobatic abilities, and hack into the network of humanity's final city, all with guidance from the Architect and newly-revealed ally Zoe.

Pre-orders before October 27 will give exclusive access to two katanas.

Those who pre-order Ghostrunner will have exclusive access to two katanas, "one specially designed for each launch pad" that can only be obtained this way.

Despite being an indie creation, Ghostrunner's developers and publishers are promising triple-A level visuals thanks to RTX ray tracing support. Xbox One players who pre-order can get 10% off. As if that were not enough, a free demo has also been announced that will be available on Steam from September 29.
