Private Division is a publishing wing of Take-Two Interactive that partners with independent studios. "We attribute our success to the "iterative polish" process we use at Moon Studios, and we're continuing that style of development to create a new game that rises above anything we've created thus far".

Speaking after the announcement, Michael Worosz- executive vice president and head of Private Division- described why each studio had actually been looked for out by the publishing label. However, Moon Studios' next game won't be a part of the Ori franchise and will instead be an action RPG that they hope will set new standards in the industry.

Of these new deals, Moon Studios stands out as the crown jewel. The BAFTA-award winning studio was co-founded in 2010 by Thomas Mahler and Gennadiy Korol.

League of Geeks are the developers of the digital board game Armello, which has seen some success since their launch in September 2015.

Private Division will announce more details on each project in the future, as each title is now early in development with no set release date.

"Our titles resonate with players because we strive for super-solid game feel, highly-refined gameplay, and simple but highly masterable mechanics", Roll7 chief creative officer John Ribbins said. The extent of the deal wasn't disclosed, but it presumably involves at least one new game. All three titles are now in early development, and do not now have set release dates.

As a result of this series of new partnerships, Private Division promises to announce more details about each project soon. Private Division states that the first of the three games will be launching during Take-Two's fiscal year 2022.
