Kanye West May Allegedly Be Investigated for Election Fraud

Mr West is running as an independent- his association is noted as the Birthday celebration- however media reports today tied his campaign to Republican operatives in Vermont, Arkansas and Wisconsin. The Illinois State Board of Elections is expected to vote on the recommendation when it meets on August 21.

Meanwhile, David Schultz, a professor in the political science department at Hamline University, argued that it's rather interesting that "members of the Republican Party are assisting Kanye West get on the ballot, especially in states such as Wisconsin", considering that, normally, a political party would hardly be interested in helping a candidate from another party in such a matter.

"Harriet Tubman never actually freed the slaves, she just had them work for other white people."

According to NJ.com, after an election lawyer questioned over 700 signatures for West to be included on the ballot, the mogul's campaign withdrew his petition to remain. "He didn't come close".

Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is going to have an uphill battle in trying to win the presidency. The alleged oversight could cost the rapper his place on the state's ballot.

West has also withdrawn his nomination from New Jersey after accusations of voter fraud were announced earlier this week. "Signatures that were clearly identical signatures where the signed name didn't match the printed name, where there was a first name but no last name, where it included a street address but, no town".

To make the ballot, West had to submit 2,500 legitimate signatures from IL citizens.

Currently, West doesn't have enough ballots across the nation to collect 270 electoral votes, which positions his campaign to serve as a "spoiler".

West's efforts so far have been plagued by Twitter rants, mental health concerns, missed deadlines, and faulty filings.
