Buschow said probers are using side-scanning sonar in water with visibility of just about a foot.

The search for Rivera resumed at daybreak on Thursday, with helicopters, boats, divers and sonar teams expected to be involved. "Approximately 100 personnel are participating in the mission on Thursday, including resources from neighboring counties and the United States Coast Guard".

"There is a flow to this lake", Buschow said.
