Ubisoft recently published its own spin on the battle royale genre using Hyper Scape and the sport is now available within an open beta to PC players.

Battle Royale mode. This Open Beta will also feature two new limited-time modes: Hack Runner Squad and Turbo Mode Squad. As the name suggests, there's no teams here, just 100 players all competing on their own to win. This 30-tier pass can be purchased when the open beta launches and allows players to earn XP for cosmetics.

The Hyper Scape open beta will add a few different ways to play compared to the previous technical test. We got our hands on the game, and said that, while it without a doubt carries some pleasant plans to the blend, "Hyper Scape may need to uncover another executioner highlight or two preceding it can promise itself a spot on the fight royale platform". The launch was an enormous success, with Hyper Scape rising to the top of the Twitch charts that day. Three-player squads and solo players can dive into the futuristic virtual city of Neo-Arcadia to engage in dynamic firefights, quickly transitioning from narrow streets to open rooftops and deadly interiors.

Ubisoft's first "Ubisoft Forward" presentation has ended, but not before an announcement about Hyper Scape was revealed. You can jump on the open beta starting today from the game's main site. After all of that, you're free to have fun in the Hyper Scape! At the end of a Hyper Scape match, the climactic showdown phase starts when the Hyper Scape crown spawns on the map.
