The release date will be on 7 August 2020, and will include the base game along with the Frozen Wilds expansion pack. It also won't be exclusive to any one retailer, as both Epic Games Store and Steam will have it on launch day. Also, if you're eager, it looks like pre-orders are now available on Steam.

It is also worth mentioning that pre-orders for Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition are now open via Steam and Epic Games Store.

Additionally, the PC version will come with an in-game benchmark tool as well that will help players to find the right balance between FPS and visual quality.

With support for ultrawide displays, unlocked frame-rates (the trailer runs at 60fps), dynamic foliage, improved reflections, and in-depth customisation options. Besides these there will be the option to customize the graphics as require by the user. The developer also revealed some new features via a trailer for the PC port. Apparently, Sony is hoping to entice users towards the PlayStation. He said, "I think it's important that we stay open to new ideas of how to introduce more people to PlayStation, and show people maybe what they've been missing out on".
