Ghislaine Maxwell trained Epstein victim as 'sex slave,' new court documents allege

Newly unsealed court documents appear to show that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were in touch as recently as 2015, despite the latter's claims that they had not spoken in more than 10 years.

"Ok with me. You have done nothing wrong and I woudl (sic) urge you to start acting like it". "Go outside, head high, not as an escaping convict".

Giuffre previously claimed Epstein instructed her to have sex with Britain's Prince Andrew, when she was 17.

Giuffre also claimed that Maxwell had sex with underage girls "virtually every day" while on Epstein's island.

Federal prosecutors say Maxwell conspired with Epstein to lure girls as young as 14 to be sexually abused by the financier and that she sometimes participated in the assaults. Victims say they were farmed out to some of Epstein's wealthy associates.

Giuffre has recounted how she had a job at 16 handing out towels in a spa locker room at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida before Maxwell lured her to work as a masseuse for Epstein, when he began sexually assaulting her.

She is now awaiting trial in a Brooklyn federal detention facility, facing the possibility of up to 35 years in prison.

The emails were among dozens of documents unsealed late Thursday relating to a now-settled defamation lawsuit filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell in 2015.

US District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan had originally ordered the documents released on July 23.

One email, sent from Epstein's email address but written in Maxwell's voice, appeared to be a draft statement or set of talking points for Maxwell to use in defending herself.

'You know, I remember asking Jeffrey what's Bill Clinton doing here kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said well he owes me a favor.

It is not clear who Shelley is. They include an April 2016 deposition related to Maxwell's sexual relationship with Epstein. Maxwell is now awaiting trial in NY, charged earlier this month with sex trafficking of underaged girls with Epstein and perjury. It said she had been the target of "false allegations of impropriety and offensive behaviour that I abhor and have never ever been party to". "She's the one who I believe, in my heart of hearts, deserves to come forward and have justice happen to her more than anybody". "Being a woman, it's disgusting", Giuffre said.

Ms Maxwell, 58, has pleaded not guilty to helping Mr Epstein recruit and eventually abuse three girls from 1994 to 1997, and committing perjury by denying her involvement under oath.

Two of Epstein's victims, known as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, claim Epstein depended on high-profile friends like Prince Andrew to secure a favourable sentence from the United States attorney in South Florida in 2008.

Alan Dershowitz has also vehemently denied accusations of his association with Epstein.
