Meanwhile, Lenovo plans to launch a direct competitor: the Lenovo Legion Phone on the same day in China. Lenovo confirmed the launch date and time of the phone via Weibo and also announced the chipset of the latest device.

According to GSMArena (vis DealnTech), the NCC certification showed some key tech specs for the ROG Phone 3. Sources have also found the phone certified on the Taiwan NCC. Now, the battery is expected to be 5400 mAh cell with 30W fast charging. Gaming gears are also being provided with the phone. There's not much known about the device but the benchmark scores do reveal that the phone gets up to 16GB of RAM.

Speaking of the Lenovo Legion gaming phone, it looks to have an interesting design. The display of the device is said to feature a refresh rate of 144Hz. The Snapdragon 865 Plus will have a 10% faster rendering and CPU lock speed than the previous Snapdragon 865; the chipset is usually integrated into many top-end phones this year. The phone said to feature a dual-camera which includes a 64MP primary sensor and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens at the backside.

The post further mentioned that the launch will be held at 7:30 pm CST (5:45 pm IST).
