He needs a club where he will always play full game week in, week out.

Clubs have now returned to training and Mourinho believes that following a lengthy break for the players, Spurs must make sure that they take the right approach to build up to their first game back.

"From my hamstring point of view, it's been great to just give it a little bit more rest", he told Spurs' official YouTube channel. "You look to other countries, Germany, they have already played matches, Portugal starts this weekend, Spain next weekend... football is coming everywhere".

He will now undergo a period of rehabilitation before returning to training later in June.

"I am at a stage where I am looking forward to getting some games and hopefully I'll be back playing before too long. It's our time to give", he said.

With the Premier League set to resume later this month behind closed doors following the coronavirus crisis, the race for the top-four spots in the English top flight is set to hot up.

"At this moment, people are anxious about trying to have what they never have".

"This pre-season is probably more hard than other pre-seasons, because they come from a long period without training, so we have to be careful with that". Everyone has pre-season injuries in normal seasons, so we can not expect now not to have an injury here, an injury there.

Before reporting back to training, the players trained individually from home while linking up with their team-mates and coaches via online video sessions.

"It was odd, but at the same time we were always wishing that this period, sooner or later, would arrive". Click the link in the yellow box below for details.
