Video clips and photos are now circulating on social media showing Hollywood star Denzel Washington (65), who apparently has a calming effect on a homeless man when he meets the Los Angeles police. According to TMZ, Washington was driving down the street when he saw a man standing in the middle of oncoming traffic. Denzel Washington negotiated with them when the police appeared on the scene. He was seen acting as a barrier between a police officer and a homeless man out in West Hollywood.

As per reports, Washington was passing in his vehicle when he observed the man was in trouble with the cops and immediately got out of his auto and talked to the man to help him.

The Los Angeles Police Department said the man was not arrested. How thoughtful of Denzel to do such actions in such a situation. It is always a good initiative taken by the cops to help, and out of nowhere, Denzel too came along with such an incredible gesture towards the homeless man.

He further said "Denzel provided him a mask to protect himself from the environment and that was good".

However, the internet could not stop talking about Washington's good deed. Netizens have Denzel for his timely intervention as recently a 46-year-old person named George Floyd was killed by cops in Minneapolis, triggering protests in many parts of US. We all saw what happened with Floyd when a cop knelt down on Floyd's neck. There were witnesses and officers who tell a different story altogether. Washington remained with him throughout the entire incident.

A video went viral showing Denzel coming to the aid of a man who needed a little help.
