The department states that of the total eight cases recorded in the county, one current individual is hospitalized, one is now isolated at one, five have recovered and one has died.

IDPH also reports that Hillside Rehab and Care Center in Yorkville tallied an additional three cases while deaths remain at the same total from the previous week at two.

"Through these hard times, we mourn with all of you who have lost someone you love to COVID-19".

That's four more deaths and 11 more cases than what was reported in last week's totals.

List cases by city exceed the reported cases in beginning of this report.

Eight staff members at the prison have tested positive for COVID-19, but they only are counted in La Salle County's total if they reside there. We share this information with the public the same day it is received.
