See the official plan below.

Team members will soon be scheduled for training on new procedures with the parks reopening on June 1 and June 2 for team member previews so the new procedures can be practiced and refined. Now, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings will review them, decide whether to endorse, then send them on to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for final approval.

In an effort to avoid such incidents, however, Universal Orlando Resort has outlined several of the enhanced health and safety measures that will be in place upon reopening. After this preview, a limited amount of guests will be invited on June 3 and June 4 before the public reopening on June 5. On June 5, they would like to open to the public.

Officials said the opening would be gradual and would manage capacity across the resort, including in attractions, restaurants and stores.

Lauren Seabrook of WFTV has also confirmed that these presentations must include reopening dates.

John Sprouls, Universal Orlando chief executive officer, and Rich Costales, Universal Orlando executive vice president of resort operations, said all guests will be required to wear face masks and go through temperature screenings to enter the parks.

Play areas, water misting stations, and single rider lines will be closed as a precaution. There is also a special task force of cast members who will be engaging with guests and making sure that social distancing is in effect. At the restaurants - mobile food ordering, contactless payments, single use paper menus, no buffets or self service, and individually pre-wrapped condiments and silverware.

"We can not interpret our phased reopening as a signal that the virus has left the community", warned Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber.

As part of these plans, proposed mandatory mask wearing for guests, has been announced by Disney for guests hoping to visit Walt Disney World. Therefore, we should have much more information on when Disney anticipates that they will be reopening along with a much clearer expectation at what that will look like sometime next week.

Posted at the top of the main page of Disney Springs' website is a statement titled "Phased Reopening of Disney Springs and Important Information". You can find our details and photo from the day here.
