Drake, who was linked to Kylie in November 2019, apologized hours after the song re-fueled hookup rumors.

It was a song that was scrapped three years ago but Drake felt that he should publicly apologise to the reality star for the slur. "Last thing I'd want to do is wake up and have any friends of mine feeling disrespected so I just had to say that to start off the day".

Apparently dismissing the chatter, Kylie's latest post read, "my days are made up of zoom meetings and playing dress up".

The track that was debuted on Instagram Live includes Kylie Jenner's name too and gave a kind of shout out by calling her a 'side piece'.

Drake has been previewing a bunch of unreleased songs via OVO Mark's live-streams on Night Owl Sound.

Initially, footage went viral of Drake name-dropping Kylie during a deejay set.

Elsewhere in the track, Drake and Future mention Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.

"Yeah, I got 20 d-- Kendalls / Young slim baddies and they in vogue / Yeah, I got 20 f-kin' Gigis". Drake is a known close friend of the Kardashian-Jenner family, despite his past rap beef with Kanye West.

Drake has finally opened up on her entire matter through social media and revealed that he meant no disrespect for Kylie whom he terms as a 'friend'.

The source also added that "Drake is notorious for flirting with all of his girlfriends and him and Kylie have a great dynamic", but noted that "they aren't hooking up but Kylie is enjoying having him around".
