Bollywood actor Kiran Kumar tests positive for COVID-19

Kiran Kumar tested positive for the novel coronavirus on May 14, which the 74-year-old veteran actor confirmed to us. Mr Kumar revealed that he is also asymptomatic.

The actor learnt about it when he went to a hospital for a minor medical procedure 10 days ago.

Kiran Kumar is now home quarantining.

According to reports, the actor has himself revealed that he is COVID-19 positive. So I got myself tested and the result was positive but I had no symptoms then, nor do I have any now. But there's no fever, no cough or any kind of breathlessness. I am fine and have self quarantined at home. "It has been 10 days and I haven't developed any symptoms", said Kumar, who is best known for films such as Khudgarz, Tezaab, Khuda Gawah and Dhadkan. "My family lives on the second floor of the building and I'm now on the third floor". I am alone. I am reliving my boarding school days as I am doing everything on my own.

He also added that he utilising the moment to discover himself by doing his own things.

Reportedly, he will undergo a second test on either Monday (May 25) or Tuesday (May 26). For the uninitiated, Kiran Kumar happens to be the son of legendary villain Jeevan who was seen playing key roles in Naya Daur, Johny Mera Naam, Amar Akbar Anthony, Dharam Veer, Suhaag, Laawaris, Yaarana and many more. After this, renowned producer Karim Morani and his daughters Shaza Morani and Zoa Morani were also tested positive of coronavirus.
