After playing 20 seasons with the Patriots, Brady signed a two-year contract with the Buccaneers last month, reportedly worth $50 million and more with incentives.

Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times has confirmed that Brady will be residing at the Davis Islands estate. Well, it appears to be well spent so far.

The mansion has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, entertainment room and even a billiards room that wraps around a attractive pool facing the Tampa Bay water!

An aerial photo reveals a spacious back patio with a swimming pool, spa and private dock with two boat lifts.

The house is located roughly 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, where the Buccaneers play.

Tampa Bay area radio host JP Peterson was the first to report.

While it may be unusual for sports fans to see Brady decked out in Bucs colors, it's good to know that he is excited about the change. "I'm kind of taking it day by day". It's an English manor style home. Jeter lived there through the remainder of his playing career, which ended in 2014, and until late into the 2017 season when he became part-time and CEO of the Miami Marlins.

"There are not many homes in the Tampa Bay market that exist like this, and even fewer that might be available for rent", Jennifer Zales, a Coldwell Banker agent who deals with many professional athletes, told the Tampa Bay Times. The locals nicknamed the Tampa home "St. Jetersburg" because of its proximity to St. Petersburg. Or a Captain. Or even National Football League royalty.
