Microsoft Renames Office 365, Rolls out New Features for Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Numerous goods things about Office 365 stay the same. Also, since March 10, they made sure to remove the member restrictions in Teams and is allowing users to schedule video calls and conferences. But you're going to get even more value out of Microsoft 365 subscriptions, as Microsoft will bundle additional apps with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Skype.

A "Play my Emails" Cortana feature on Android devices will "begin rolling out in the coming months", Microsoft indicated.

Finally, a new app called Family Safety is on the way, and it allows parents to manage kids' screen activity, among other things-it's similar in some respects to Apple's ScreenTime and similar apps and services. Microsoft on Monday announced two newly renamed consumer products to come on April 21, "Microsoft 365 Personal" and "Microsoft 365 Family", providing access to applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
