The update includes a new map for Modern Warfare multiplayer, Khandor Hideout.

According to Activision, 100 percent of the net proceeds received from the Modern Warfare Defender Pack will "directly to placing military veterans into high quality jobs through the Call of Duty Endowment".

Infinity Ward is surprise-dropping a rather substantial update to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone tonight, and it's adding what sounds like an incredibly tense twist on Infected mode. This is backed up by Senescallo (cheers, Charlie Intel) who revealed more details uncovered in the latest update, including bonuses.

On Reddit, MrEarthboundFan posted an image of the classic Modern Warfare 2 soldier walking through the flames, but with the new title: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered.

Naturally, there's a bunch of other smaller gameplay fixes and tweaks across both games included in the update, available to download now, as well - you can read the full patch notes on the Call of Duty website. Bringing with it a new map to Modern Warfare and weapons on Warzone.

"Hunt down your enemies and be wary of marksmen firing down lanes in Khandor Hideout". The bundle also includes two Legendary weapon blueprints and two tier skips.

Meanwhile, Call of Duty Warzone gamers are getting access to four new weapons as part of the March 24 update. These; There will be 725 (shotgun), MK2 Carbine (shotgun),.50 GS (pistol) and EBR-14 (sniper rifle).

These new weapons will be found in Common and Uncommon rarities, but won't be joined by Playlist changes, meaning Solo mode will be sticking around for a while longer.
