Poco F2 trademark filing has been spotted.

For fans of the POCOPHONE F1, past year was definitely not a great one seeing as Xiaomi didn't release a successor.

According to the papers, Xiaomi has actually submitted a trademark for a phone called POCO F2 - a clear indicator that the follower is coming. Xiaomi did not announce the POCO F2 last year but, it confirmed that more news about the much-awaited smartphone would be available this year.

On the social networking site Twitter, a user named The Tech Guy shares some screenshots showing the trademark application filed by Xiaomi for POCO F2. However, the shared document has been taken with some scepticism given how the very existence of Poco F2 has become a question mark.

Earlier rumours Poco F2 is reportedly one of the most loved phones.

In July 2019, two top executives from Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi - Donovan Sung, former global spokesperson and Jai Mani, head of product of the Poco division - quit the company. Taking care of the above trademark registration date, the Poco F2 launch is expected in Q1, 2020.

A new leak recently surfaced revealing the possible design of the much-awaited Pocophone F2.

However, Xiaomi has never commented on the future of Poco. Instead, Xiaomi launched its powerful Snapdragon 855 equipped smartphone Redmi K20 Pro. He also said that this series exists and Poco F2 will be launched soon.
