Now, The Late Late Show is setting the record straight.

Some fans pointed out that this wasn't always the case, as James had previously been photographed filming the segment while driving. Justin Bieber's Carpool Karaoke exposes that James Corden doesn't actually drive and fans are shocked.

Other people in Los Angeles also saw the Range Rover being pulled while James and Justin sing along, presumably to The Bieb's hits songs and forthcoming album, several of them posting similar photos of the auto being pulled.

Photos shared by @BieberNewsHQ also show the vehicle carrying Corden and Bieber being towed.

But others argued: "It's kinda obvious tho if u pay attention to it", while one tweeted: 'That was good for them, safety first!'. The tweet got over 29,000 likes.

"MY WHOLE LIFE HAS BEEN A LIE", one person said. "That way they can do this:" and attached an older clip of Bieber on Carpool Karaoke doing a dance routine with the talk show host. "Where Are You Now That I Cheese You?' for the grilled cheese and 'Despatacos" for the fish tacos.

Fans were quick to reply, with one writing: "It should be CARPULL KARAOKE", while another added: "I'm always wondering how safe it is, how did the police didn't pull them over, I thought they had police cars to guard them in front and back and some [quiet] street to do the shoot". Those tips included buying the track multiple times from the singer's website and-best of all-creating a Spotify playlist of "Yummy" alone and playing it on repeat at a low volume while the user sleeps.

It hasn't been confirmed if the two were actually filming Carpool Karaoke or the segment's expected release date.
