Tekashi had argued that it was an objective inside because he turned against the members of a gang as part of a plea agreement to receive a lighter sentence. "A shorter sentence would disserve the constructed [factors], such as that Mr. Hernandez's sentence signify the seriousness of his offenses".

Before rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was recently sentenced to 24 months in prison following his 2018 arrest for a number of charges which included racketeering, fellow rapper Meek Mill had spoken out on a number of occasions about the "Dummy Boy" star. The 23-year-old rocked an all-white outfit along with his signature rainbow-colored hair fading to a boring brown with soiled blonde ideas.

In Tekashi's defense, he had just learned that he wouldn't be able to serve out his remaining time from home, which could be why he looks so miserable.

The judge said he was "mindful" of that when sentencing the turncoat ex-Nine Trey member in December.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, believed that after helping in so many convictions, he would finally get what he wants. But, already his sentence was cut short by nearly four decades.

She continued: 'If you snitch, for the rest of your life people are gonna try to kill you for being a rat but if you don't snitch, you're doing 47 years in prison where they're gonna kill you anyway because they were already talking about it'.

It's unknown as to whether Tekashi 6ix9ine will enter witness protection following his release, but given the fact he signed a new two album record deal whilst in jail, we know he'll definitely be releasing some new msuic.

In the end, his tactic didn't work, and his lawyer is still optimistic that he will get Tekashi out for good by July.
