The singer announced Monday a North American tour in 2020 that will celebrate 25 years since her breakthrough album, "Jagged Little Pill".

Live Nation says the Ottawa-born singer-songwriter will start the 31-date tour June 2 in Portland, Ore., and wrap July 25 in Nashville, Tenn.

Singer-songwriter star Alanis Morissette will be joined by Liz Phair and Garbage on her 2020 tour.

"Jagged Little Pill", released on June 13, 1995, was Morissette's third album. Today she released the first single from the LP, "Reasons I Drink".

Morissette's Jagged Little Pill was a staple of the 1990s-you couldn't get away from "Ironic" for years after its release. The album won four Grammy awards - best rock album, album of the year, best female rock vocal performance ("You Oughta Know") and best rock song ("You Oughta Know").
