Although it's hardly a country song, Swift is indulging in an old country music tradition, as well as a Broadway one: the answer song. "Since the kitty finds her community around the roads with another scrappy cats, the ancient chorus line" Born to nothing / At least you've got some thing" turns out to"...together I've something", and" Visions of sparkling chambers I will never get allowed into" becomes" I never knew I would love this planet they have allowed me".

Cats will also feature Jason Derulo, James Corden, Idris Elba, Rebel Wilson, Dame Judi Dench, Sir Ian McKellen and others. Even so, Swift has recorded her personal version of the tune, which is established to participate in over the film's closing credits. "So, if you can't get T.S. Eliot, you get T.S." she added, indicating herself.

The world-class creative team bringing Cats to the screen includes Oscar-nominated production designer Eve Stewart (The King's Speech), cinematographer Christopher Ross (Terminal, Room), Oscar-nominated costume designer Paco Delgado (The Danish Girl), Oscar-winning sound mixer Simon Hayes (Les Misérables), BAFTA-winning executive music producer Marius De Vries (Moulin Rouge, Romeo + Juliet) and renowned casting director Lucy Bevan (Ready Player One, Murder on the Orient Express).

The dynamic duo collaborated on the track for the upcoming movie adaptation of Cats, which hits theaters in December.
