Microsoft Ignite 2019 sparks more Azure features, new and updated products

The new features of Microsoft's updated Azure CSP program are available alongside the pre-existing program for "several months", according to Satyavolu, giving users to integrate the updated features into their work process.

The two companies said their collaborative effort would drive the adoption of the fourth industry revolution, which is known as Industry 4.0.

Kicking off its Ignite conference with some big news, Microsoft unveiled the preview of Azure Arc; a product that the company said in a blog post will help businesses simplify the ever-increasing complexity of cloud environments.

Microsoft and Nokia are also working on putting Nokia's Analytics, Virtualization, and Automation cognitive services platform on Microsoft's Azure cloud. Predictive Video Analyticsis an example of a joint solution that will ensure optimal video experiences for CSP subscribers, improving reliability by up to 60 percent.

Microsoft also announced partnerships with Colt Technology Services and Cisco this week, among others.
