Maybe? I haven't played the "Norman Reedus with a baby fetus" delivery sim yet.

Death Stranding releasing on both platforms comes in the midst of tensions between the two stores.

The company published Control for the Epic Games Store, so it was speculated we might see Hideo Kojima's latest befuddlement exclusive for that store front. Epic Games have taken a number of high-profile titles and made them exclusive to their store, even when they were originally promised for Steam, so this caused a mini-war between PC gamers and some video game developers.

It was announced for PC last week with a release window of "early summer 2020", which lines up with the "Summer 2020" temporary release date listed on Steam and the "2020" date on the Epic Games Store.

The game will also feature the acting and voice talents of Mads Mikkelsen and Léa Seydoux. Your goal in the game sounds simple but, with Kojima, we know better.

Death Stranding might just be the weirdest game out there, being an odd mix of a walking simulator and open-world game with some action elements.

As previously revealed as well, Sony will not be publishing Death Stranding on PC, with it instead being published by 505 Games. "Carrying the disconnected remnants of our future in his hands, he embarks on a journey to reconnect the shattered world one step at a time".
