The accident, which took place on September 1, 2019, had Kevin in the passenger's seat while Jared S. Black drove the actor's 40th birthday present to himself, a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. Although he was discharged after 10 days, according to EW, Hart still requires physical therapy and sits down for most of the day.

Hart's forgiveness is admirable, seeing as the California Highway Patrol places the blame exclusively on Jared.

In the statement, Hart addressed the two, saying: "I have nothing but love for Jared and wish him and Rebecca a speedy recovery". The sudden acceleration and loss of control apparently caused the auto to go into a spin as it crashed through fencing off Mulholland Highway and into an embankment.

According to a report obtained by TMZ, the crash was purely driver error. Jared's wife Rebecca Broxterman was also inside the auto when the accident took place.

"Kevin's spinal injuries are very serious, he sustained several fractures and had no choice but to have surgery as soon as possible", the source said at the time.

Kevin Hart is finally speaking out one month after his auto accident. Since Kevin's next movie, Jumanji: The Next Level is nearing its release date, the actor only shot for promos that lasted for a few hours last week. Even if the belts were worn at the time of the crash, officials say, "they were being worn improperly due to excessive slack in the belts".

The model told the paparazzi that 'He's doing well, thank you.

We almost lost one of the most popular comedians in the entire world at the beginning of last month. "He'll be back on track in no time".

Hart, who has been going through grueling physical rehabilitation for his back, reportedly returned to work this week.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports all three crash victims have lawyered up, and everyone's expecting a massive lawsuit.
