Aguero will be available for selection when City travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Manchester City are set to face Crystal Palace this weekend as the club looks to regain a bit of momentum lost in a 2-0 defeat to Wolves just before the worldwide break.

The defending champions are now second on the table with 1 points, 8 behind leaders ManchesterCityand only one ahead of third place Arsenal.

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero was involved in a minor vehicle accident before Wednesday's training session but emerged without any injuries, British media reported.

His Range Rover was significantly damaged but Sky Sports report that the 31-year-old was not harmed.

He crashed on his way to the Etihad Campus training complex but did not need medical attention, the BBC understands.

He included the caption: "What a great morning".

Aguero has appeared in one of Manchester City's two Champions League games, featuring in a 2-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb while sitting out the club's 3-0 thrashing of Shakhtar Donetsk to start the competition.

"Sergio Aguero is not here because he's been carrying a problem and has not been training 100 per cent with his club", Scaloni said.

Aguero was not involved for Argentina in the worldwide break but has scored eight Premier League goals so far this season, matching Tammy Abraham for the most in the division.
