Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff`s `War` sets Box Office on fire, beats Akshay Kumar`s `Kesari` in 5 days

In its opening weekend, the film earned over Rs 50 crore in the overseas market, with UAE and other Gulf countries being the highest contributors to its earning. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer collected 51.60 crores in Hindi on its opening day, since then it is going good day by day.

Going by the movie's enormous buzz among the audience, War should cross Rs 200 crore mark in its first extended week at the box office.

According to a report on Box Office India, the film is estimated to have minted another Rs 20 crore on its first Monday, taking its six days collection to Rs 179.7 crore. With Dusshera on Monday, the possibility of War hitting a second century are higher than ever. In just five days, War has also crossed the lifetime business of Kesari, Total Dhamaal, Saaho [Hindi version], Chhichhore, Super30 and Gully Boy.

He also gave a list of all the important records the film has broken so far.

War, starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, is on the way to becoming the highest grosser of their careers. War entered Rs 100 crore club within four days of its release and is likely to enter Rs 200 crore before this week ends. "#India biz", he tweeted.

Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by YRF, WAR is one of the biggest action movies of Bollywood.

The high-octane film released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on the big National Holiday of Gandhi Jayanti, October 2.

"War" was released in 4,000 screens. Vaani Kapoor plays the female lead in the movie.

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan says the back-to-back success of Super 30 and War encourages him to set his benchmark higher.
