A Nintendo Switch case featuring Overwatch branding and colors was very briefly listed on one of the world's largest digital retailers before the listing was pulled.

As is usually the case, Nintendo doesn't give away many details in its announcement today. Games on show will include Pokémon Sword & Shield and Luigi's Mansion 3.

Nintendo Switch Lite Up for (Unofficial) Pre-Orders in India: Price, Release Date

Finally, there's the possibility that we'll get to learn more about the Nintendo Switch Lite before it hits store shelves in a few more weeks. 40 minutes seems like a bit much for just those two games though, so expect more announcements to fill up the time. Both of those titles will be out this month - Daemon x Machina is out on the 13th and Link's Awakening arrives on the 20th - making this Direct the flawless time to market them a little more.

The scheduled broadcast will be streamed on the game developer's Twitch, YouTube, and Twitter channels at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET.

Overwatch launched in May of 2016 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, and has since been regularly updated with new characters, events, and patches. It's the 2019 lineup it seems, so don't expect Animal Crossing or Bayonetta 3 unfortunately. The coming Nintendo Direct will focus on games that will be arriving throughout the rest of 2019.

Fans of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate are hoping for news about 'Banjo & Kazooie, ' who is slated for a Fall 2019 release; however, this is unlikely to happen. Let us know in the comments section below.
