Crystal Chronicles originally released on the Gamecube in 2004 - 2003 in Japan - where it was quite well-received having shipped over 1 million copies worldwide. Thanks to the new online multiplayer mode, you and your friends can connect and go on an adventure together, without cables! they are also new areas within dungeons, so even longtime fans will find something new. Hopefully, cross-platform play is implemented for all versions of this game.

Let's get the big news out of the way first; there will be cross-play across ALL systems. You can also see more of the game in this brand new trailer. It's adding new endgame dungeons, new character skins, and new equipment, as well as rerecorded voice work. These crystals need to be purified once a year and are used to protect settlements from the destructive Miasma. Square Enix is now in the middle of remastering or straight up remaking many of its classic games, and Crystal Chronicles is the next one on the list. These are the chronicles of courageous young adventurers who journey to protect their home. These are the "CRYSTAL CHRONICLES".

The cooperative action RPG Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles has been completely remastered, with brand-new features that make the experience more enchanting than ever.
