Empire Star Terrence Howard Plans On Ending His Acting Career Following Empire

During the interview, the star broke the news that he'll be retiring from acting once his time as Lucious Lyon wraps.

While we are watching the final season of Power, another staple in the Hip-Hop community, Empire, will reach its television end.

Without hesitation, Howard responded, "Oh, I'm done with acting".

The former Hustle & Flow star said of his future plans: "I'm just focusing on bringing truth to the world".

So what will the actor, known for starring in some of Black Hollywood's most iconic films, miss most about Empire?

"I love the cast members", he said. "I'm finished pretending", Howard informed Kryst in response to a query about his subsequent strikes post-"Empire". "I will omit them a colossal deal, and the crew".

These pronouncements come on the heels of being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice for possible criminal tax evasion.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Howard, his third wife Mira Pak and Universal Bridges Inc.

The actor - who has five children from his three marriages - was also hit with a tax lien of $143,538.61 earlier this year, reportedly stemming from taxes he owed from 2010.

Apart from this, he meanwhile had vowed that he would never turn his back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe after playing the role of James Rhodes in the first Iron Man series.
