Finally putting rumours to rest, Nokia confirms that it will be launching new Nokia smartphones at IFA 2019, which is scheduled to be held in Berlin on 5 September.

In any event, a $500 to $600 Nokia 5G phone would be more accessible to the general population than a $1000 device and could help 5G devices gain traction. The handset comes in three colors such as Blue, Pink and Black.

As the name suggests, the new Nokia 105 (2019) is the successor to 2017 Nokia 105. The device comes with Built-in FM radio which lets users listen to their favourite stations on the go.

The 3 V will also include a Snapdragon 429 mobile platform, a Google Assistant button, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Nokia claims that the battery is good enough to offer up to 14 hours of talktime, and up to 26 days of standby time. It also comes preloaded with games like the iconic Snake, and other Gameloft games like Tetris, Sky Gift, Airstrike, Nitro Racing, Ninja UP! and Danger Dash. The Nokia 105 weighs in at 73.2 grams and measures 111.9 x 49.2 x 14.4mm.

HMD Global, that makes and sells Nokia-branded phones, on Tuesday launched the fourth generation of its feature phone "Nokia 105" for ₹1,199 in India.

"We wanted to build on the winning formula of one of our most popular feature phones globally and bring the same quality and even better functionality, with a focus on first-time mobile users", he added. The Nokia 105 (2019) was first announced in July and it had gone official in China with a pricing of 139 Yuan (~$20) earlier this month.
