Stranger Things characters Steve Harrington and Nancy Wheeler will be menaced by the Demogorgon in horror game "Dead by Daylight" next month. It seems that no matter how many portals they close, the Upside Down will always find them. Ranging from chainsaws and ear-piercing screams through to hallucinogenic drugs that make you think the killer is there when they aren't, Dead by Daylight is rarely less than a whole heap of fun with played with friends. It's basically a game of Hide and Seek, if you get found you get murdered.

The two survivors who have to escape the monster's clutches are Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington, "a tough aspiring journalist" and a "former high school jock with a knack for finding trouble" respectively, who have appeared in all three seasons of the show so far. Since its release in 2016, the developer has supported the game with a wide range of themed packs, including horror icons from silver screen features such as Friday the 13th through to the Saw movies. Also, the roster of the Killers will see a new entry in the ever-terrifying Demogorgon.

The Entity descends on the Midwestern town of Hawkins as Stranger Things, the critically acclaimed Netflix Original Series enters the realm of Dead by Daylight.

Dead By Daylight's Stranger Things downloadable content will be released in September on both PC and consoles. The update also comes with a new map that of the underground complex at the Hawking National Laboratory.
