Continuing with his magnificent form in World Cup, Rohit Sharma became the first Indian and second overall to score fourth overall to score four hundreds in a World Cup. The opening pairing of Rohit and Shikhar Dhawan often saw the latter take on a more aggressive role.

The determination and willpower is incredible.

Yuvraj Singh heaped praise on this Indian cricketer after his brilliant performance in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. This gave a head start to Virat Kohli and team against attacking bowlers of Bangladesh.

"Obviously, I was following the game intently and was disappointed that India did not get up because that would have opened the door for us".

It is worth mentioning that Kohli's first demerit point had come during the tour of South Africa past year.

Srikanth said he was impressed with the other opener K L Rahul as well.

"I had a great feeling right at the start". He looks to be gaining in confidence and is becoming another important player at the top of the order.

Amidst the nail-biting India vs Bangladesh World Cup match yesterday, an elderly lady stole the limelight! Anand was so thrilled upon her passion and vigour for the sport that he has promised to reimburse Patel's ticket costs for the rest of the India matches in the ICC tournament!

Rohit's good fortune came when Tamim spilled a simple chance at mid-wicket off the bowling of Mustafizur Rahman in just the fifth over, and the opening pair went on to take the total to 69-0 after 10 overs with some impressive hitting.

India, on Tuesday, beat Bangladesh by 28 runs.

"Every game for me is a new game, and I try and do the same, try and see if I have the portion to finish the game or bat as long as possible and get the team in a good position, things like that", he said. We wanted to try out a ideal combination when we play with such a small boundary, as we can't be playing with the same combination for every pitch and every dimension we play.

Srikanth also applauded the efforts of the bowlers. "I think we beat them in the Asia Cup, and they'll want to change that (Bangladesh won by 37 runs in 2018)", said Rhodes.

Bangladesh have a slim chance of making it to the semi-finals.
