It has now been reported by Football Scotland that Arsenal have had a second bid rejected because the North Londoners are refusing to meet Celtic's valuation of the talented fullback.

Brown is fully aware of the allure of playing in the Premier League but believes whatever decision Tierney makes will be the right one for Celtic.

Wilfried Zaha is linked with a move to Arsenal.

Palace have struck a deal worth over £50m with Manchester United for the sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and their position was that only one of their academy products would be allowed to leave.

The Ivory Coast global is already thought to have informed Crystal Palace of his desire to leave the club, with the winger reportedly wanting Champions League football.

The Gunners were also said to have tried luring him to the Emirates Stadium last season but failed to reach an agreement with Palace.

LONDON, ENGLAND - DECEMBER 08: Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace walks out prior to the Premier League match between West Ham United and Crystal Palace at London Stadium on December 8, 2018 in London, United Kingdom.

With the latter set to join Manchester United, their stance makes it hard for Zaha.

Arsenal have reportedly offered out midfielder Mesut Ozil to a number of Turkish sides this summer.

According to the Mail's report, Palace have slapped an £80million price tag on Zaha.

The report states that Zaha has asked Steve Parish to lower that figure as he looks to ensure he gets his move.

The BBC man adds that "the most realistic way of generating the required finance would be by cashing in on" Aubameyang, who was the Gunners' top scorer last season.
