Then came along The Dark Universe, which failed to achieve lift off.

"If we have a big board with a bunch of characters that have more immediate potential, Nova is on that board", Feige said. But one man has beaten all the odds, created a franchise of his own (that's spawning its own TV series, The Continental) and become an internet sensation. Weirdly, even though I don't know sh-t about The Eternals, it really FEELS like the kind of project Keanu would be connected to, non?

Keanu has been a huge influence on everything related to 90s and 2000s pop culture.

It sounds like it's only a matter of time before Reeves suits up for Marvel, and we will be here waiting, cash in hand for movie tickets and merchandise. But looks like Keanu has had the attention of others too.

And if that happens, he'll end up playing yet another character with the first name "John". Is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3's Adam Warlock the "tight way" to bring him in, or would it be something else?

"Of the two, I'd love to play Wolverine".
