Ariana Grande has something to say about her wax figure

As soon as Madame Tussauds London unveiled the wax statue of American singer Ariana Grande this week, it met with disdain and confusion on social media by her fans. Also, here's hoping she visits the museum and poses with her waxy alter-ego because I need a new phone lock-screen pic and this seems like a solid choice.

Another added, "thank god its 5 weeks because that don't look like her wtf".

The waxwork featured Grande's signature high ponytail and tattoos - but attention to detail wasn't enough to impress the woman herself.

In the museum's defense, they did have the singer's iconic "style nailed", but her face was another story, and fans were quick to call them out for it.

Back in April, Madame Tussauds London had asked fans to vote on which "Ari-inspired style" they wanted for the wax figure, requesting they choose between "Classic Ari", "Sassy Ari" and "Princess Ari". The singer went ahead and commented on Pop Crave's Instagram post in the shadiest way ever by writing, "I just wanna talk". She deserves more respect you know. Even older wax figures were a little bit better but this no way.

However, fans weren't thrilled with the figure, with one person saying: "This looks. nothing like her".

And one other said "I don't know why but she looks British to me now".
