Alongside a character reveal video the official Overwatch Twitter posted: "Introducing Ashe-leader of the Deadlock Gang and rebellious gunslinger who's not afraid to get her hands dirty".

A release date for the Funko Pop hasn't been divulged, but pre-orders are live and being taken at the Blizzard store and other outlets.

The newest Overwatch hero, Ashe, will bring a unique skillset to the battlefield when she officially makes her way into the game.

Every year that BlizzCon rolls back around, Overwatch fans wait with anticipation for the announcement of the game's next playable hero. More to come on her, as Blizzard sends the information over.

Coach Gun: Ashe blasts enemies in front of her, knocking them away and propelling herself backward for added mobility. She was first shown in a fun cinematic taking place at Route 66, where we also met her partner and ultimate ability Bob.

The "Reunion" short opened up on McCree eating at a diner with an appropriately Western tune playing in the background before opening up to the wider world of Overwatch to set the stage for the short.

Finally, Ashe has the ability to call in her sidekick, B.O.B. Another character, a white Omnic named Echo, also appears toward the end of Reunion. Like Ashe, Echo has some sort of connection to McCree, so I get the feeling we'll see her again.
