The claims, which come less than a day before Christine Blasey Ford is set to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, have not been vetted by any journalists. Avenatti argued that the scoop about Swetnick's past is an attempt to frame a sexual assault victim and is of no use in the court of law. Swetnick is the third woman to come forward with allegations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh in the past month. Judge also was identified by Christine Blasey Ford as being present when she says Kavanaugh groped her, tried to undress her and put his hand over her mouth.

"As Georgetown Prep students, both Judge and Kavanaugh were known to "'spike" the "punch" at house parties" with "drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say "No, '" Swetnick says in the declaration, which was released on Twitter this morning by lawyer and recent TV news fixture Michael Avenatti.

"I also witnessed Brett Kavanaugh behave as a "mean drunk" on many occasions at these parties", she wrote.

She also said she saw Kavanaugh and Judge lined up at other parties "waiting for their "turn" with a girl inside the room".

Swetnick further alleged that she became a victim of such a "gang train" in 1982, with both Kavanaugh and Judge present. She says she told at least two people what had happened - and she says she was incapacitated and "unable to fight off the boys raping me". I often witnessed Brett Kavanaugh speak in a demeaning manner about girls in general as well as specific girls by name.

None of Swetnick's claims could be independently corroborated by the New York Times, and her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, declined to make her available for an interview.

If there is no FBI investigation and if Ramirez and Swetnick don't have a chance to testify, the governing party will have simply chosen to look the other way.
"Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation". "He is just looking for attention and doesn't want people to look at his past record and relationships - a total low-life!"

But it wasn't just wild high school sex; Swetnick says it was "rape".

Swetnick said she attended more than 10 parties where Kavanaugh and Judge were drinking excessively and engaging in "highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking "No" for an answer". Despite Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's forecast that Republicans will win, Kavanaugh's fate remains uncertain in a chamber where Republicans have a scant 51-49 majority. Before the selection, Ford had told her husband that she was afraid the president might nominate Kavanaugh.

A third woman has come forward with a credible account of sexual misconduct by Brett Kavanaugh.

Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., a member of the Judiciary Committee, said he expects the committee to vote on Kavanaugh's nomination Friday. He says she named the attacker as Kavanaugh.

Avenatti responded to a report that aides in the White House said the the newest allegations could be the "end of the line" for Kavanaugh, saying the reports showed "how incompetent the WH is".

Republicans accuse Democrats of withholding the allegations against Kavanaugh until after the confirmation hearings, with the goal of either delaying the vote until the midterm elections in early November or derailing the nomination altogether.
